Daniel Newman is a chef with over 20 years experience. After training at the prestigious Vincent Square Culinary school, Daniel honed his skills in restaurants in France and Vancouver. Known for holding local supper clubs, as well as working as a private chef to high profile clientele, Daniel specializes in blending traditional techniques and recipes inspired from his travels. Daniel is passionate about sustainability, zero waste and creating dishes that tell a story and sharing experiences and memories through flavour and presentation.
